Festival Vendor & Exhibitor Information

The Ned Smith Center Nature and Arts Festival is a great venue to sell your merchandise or promote the mission of your non-profit organization!  An average of 4,000 people attend our annual one-day Festival, which means that your business will get fantastic exposure!

We are no longer accepting vendors or exhibitors for the 2010 Festival.  If you would like to be considered for next year, please email Alexis Dow Campbell at .

All vendor and exhibitors spaces are 10'x10'.  If you require more space than this, you must reserve multiple spaces.  We do have tables and chairs available for rent - cost is $9 per table, $3 per chair.  Please indicate if you'd like us to reserve tables for you on your registration form.

For Vendors:
If you wish to SELL merchandise or services at the Festival, you are considered a VENDOR.   All vendors must submit their PA Tax ID number (or social security number if there is no tax ID number associated with your business) and $45.00 registration fee (per 10'x10' space).
